Where Technical Support ends, Expert Consultation begins. We have found that many of our customers need a little extra help getting their first few Blu-ray discs through production. As a freelancer, his focus is directed heavily on bringing that wealth of experience to the new capabilities of Blu-ray and other next-gen platforms.
