Four Full-length Bollywood Films Authored with DoStudio and Replicated 3,000  Discs Each

What does Digital Entertainment do?
Digital Entertainment was founded in 1999 to offer expert creative and authoring services to the distribution communities in India.  The company got serious about Blu-ray last year at NAB.  Given the early state of the Blu-ray market in India, they wanted a way to ease into the market, something that would have been difficult if not impossible to achieve with the big authoring vendors due to the high price of their solutions and the lack of an easy way to trial the software.  When NetBlender released DoStudio for Blu-ray authoring and had a free one-month trial, it was exactly what they were looking for.

How do you use NetBlender?
The market in India for BD films is not very big, so the only way publishers can justify making a BD is if they have international distribution rights for the movie.  Therefore, publishers have to be selective for the titles. The high license fees for the other authoring solutions coupled with the small Indian market meant that no one started.  NetBlender’s release of DoStudio gave Digital Entertainment the opportunity to be first in India with professional BD authoring.

How has NetBlender helped your business?

What results have you seen using NetBlender DSA?
