HDMV Authoring

In addition to the point-and-click ease of authoring with DoStudio Indie’s BD-J menu editor, DoStudio EX gives you spec-level control over Navigation Commands, Movie Objects and IG streams.  With DoStudio EX, you can author a disc entirely in HDMV mode (no BD-J).

IGEditor from DVD Logic

Pop-up Menus With your purchase of DoStudio EX, you also receive the IGEditor from DVDLogic.  The IGEditor is a stand-alone product designed to create menu graphics for DoStudio EX when authoring HDMV-only titles.

The IG editor allows you to easily add HDMV menu graphics to your titles with Spec-level access to IG parameters and navigation commands.

Advanced Authoring modules

DoStudio EX is the foundation for the advanced authoring capabilities of DoStudio.  The following advanced authoring modules are currently available as add-ons to DoStudio EX:

  • Blu-ray 3D – Author full HD Blu-ray 3D with NetBlender’s 3D Authoring Module.  This module adds the ability to create 3D segments in your playlist with menu offset values and creates replication ready BD3D disc images that can be played on any Blu-ray 3D player.
  • Custom BD-J - Need to include custom BD-J applications on your Blu-ray disc?  The BDJO Advanced module gives you absolute control over the Blu-ray playlist structure.  Add title-bound or title-unbound BD-J applications to your Blu-ray disc title.  This authoring module is not a BD-J generation tool – it is intended for advanced authors.  Please contact NetBlender sales for more details.
