Which DoStudio Suite is right for you?

NetBlender introduced DoStudio Authoring (DSA) at NAB 2008.  It rapidly gained worldwide acceptance, but it only covered part of the overall Blu-ray production workflow.  NetBlender introduced the DoStudio Workflow Suite at NAB 2009 to satisfy the needs of Blu-ray professionals seeking a complete, end-to-end Blu-ray solution.

DoStudio Authoring Suite $2,995.oo USD

The DoStudio Authoring Suite is a professional Blu-ray authoring toolset.   It does not include an encoder.  DSA can create replication-ready BDCMF masters with AACS and Managed Copy support.  If you already have some pieces of the Blu-ray workflow in place - such as a Blu-ray compliant video encoder - but you need professional authoring capabilities, then DSA is a good choice for you.

DoStudio Workflow Suite $4,995.00 USD

The DoStudio Workflow Suite provides an end-to-end Blu-ray authoring solution.  The Workflow Suite includes DoStudio Authoring (DSA), plus the DoStudio Encoder (DSE) and a bundled subtitle tool.  If you are new to Blu-ray and you need a complete authoring solution, then Workflow is a good choice for you.

Can I upgrade from Authoring to Workflow?

Yes!  If you have already purchased DSA and you want to upgrade to the Workflow Suite you just pay the difference in the price.   Projects that you have authored with DSA are compatible with both suites.
