Getting Started: Create a New Project

What is the First Play image?
Before you can start the tutorials there are several steps you need to complete. Please download the sample audio/video/graphics files (334mb) by clicking this link or by visiting the the Sandbox. Unzip the files to a directory called “DSA Demo Project”.
After you have downloaded the sample assets:
- Launch DoStudio
- Start a new project by clicking the “New DSA Project” icon.
- Save the project by clicking the “Save” button in the toolbar
That’s it. You’re ready to begin the tutorials.
Note: you do not need to complete the Disc Information settings such as the Disc ID, Organization ID, etc. or setup the BDCMF settings in order to begin the tutorials. If you are creating a Blu-ray disc for replication, you can complete these settings anytime during the authoring process. for more information about the Disc Information settings, please refer to the DoStudio user manual.
