The Main Menu Loop is the video that will play after the FBI Warning. Later in the tutorials, we will author the menu buttons to be always on when the Main Menu Loop is playing.
To Add the Main Menu Loop segment:
- Right-click the “Segments” icon and select “Add 2D Segment” from the context menu.
- Click on “2D Segment 2″ to display its properties in the Control Panel.
- Highlight the text in the “Name” text field, type “Menu Loop” and press Enter. You will see the name change in the Playlist tree.
- The Frame rate for the Demo project’s Menu Loop video is 29.97, so leave the Frames Per Second setting to its default setting of “29.97″.
To add a video stream to the segment:
- Under the segment’s Primary Audio and Video node, click the “Video” icon to display its properties in the Control Panel.
- Use the ellipses button to open the dialog window and select the video stream called “MenuLoop.avc” found in the DemoProject.AV folder.
To add an audio stream to the segment:
- Right-click the Primary Audio and Video icon and select “Add Audio” from the context menu which displays a dialog window. (Alternatively, you can click the Primary Audio and video icon and then click the Action button at the top of the Playlist tree to display the same context menu).
- Click the ellipses button and use the dialog window to select the audio stream called “MenuLoop.ac3″ found in the DemoProject.AV folder.
