Scott Bates of 22 Grey Street is a leading industry consultant and contractor working at the forefront of new media formats since 1999. First as Technical Director at Click Active Media, then as Multimedia Director at Deluxe Digital Studios, Scott is rooted heavily in Web, DVD and the advanced applications capable with PC based DVD-ROM experiences.

Gregory Colao has been involved in DVD Authoring and production since its inception. In 1997 he joined Warner Bros. and was involved in such prestigious titles as The Matrix, Contact and LA Confidential. In 1999 he left LA and has been New York based ever since. He has authored hundreds of DVD titles including The Times of Harvey Milk and Harry NillssonÕs The Point!. Greg is excited and eager to apply his broad experience and knowledge to Blu-Ray authoring. His recent Blu-ray projects include The Pretenders: Live in London and Ichi the Killer.

Michael T. Smith is a home entertainment producer as well as a professional DVD and Bluray author. He’s been using NetBlender’s DoStudio since the original version and has used it to author many commercial Blu-ray discs. Michael is also an Emmy-nominated television editor, a post-production workflow expert and consultant, and has logged many hours teaching courses on Avid, editing and graphics products. He is developing his own training videos and templates which will be available in early 2010.
Europe
Gerd Richter is an accomplished filmmaker, computer animator, digital effects specialist and DVD / Blu-ray professional. Since 2003, he has run his own DVD authoring business in Nurnburg, Germany. He has produced over a dozen Blu-ray discs for commercial distribution with DoStudio. He is well versed in a multitude of video tools including Lightwave 3D, Softimage 3D, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, Adobe Premiere Pro, Avid Media Composer, Apple Motion and Apple Soundtrack Pro. He brings this creative and technical expertise to his DVD and Blu-ray productions.

Christoph Schmidt leads DVDesign’s Blu-ray and DVD premastering facility with services from translations of scripts, german dubbing, 2D and 3D graphics creation and animation, compositing, authoring, premastering and replication. Since 2001 he has differentiated their DVDs and Blu-ray discs with well designed menus and animations as well as user friendly and clean programming.
